Volvo Euro 5 / EEV – FH [FH12 FH13 FH16] FL FE FM FMX SCR Emulator [With Wires]

The SCR Emulator is an advanced electronic device designed to emulate the proper operation of the exhaust gas treatment system (SCR/DPF/AdBlue) in vehicles. The device eliminates the effects of AdBlue system failure, allowing the vehicle to remain fully functional. After installing the device, the car does not go into limited power or speed mode (so-called LIMP MODE).

Thanks to the use of modern emulation algorithms, the SCR Emulator ensures stable communication with all vehicle controllers.

The installation of the emulator allows the AdBlue (SCR) system to be temporarily disconnected from the vehicle’s system — the so-called “AdBlue shutdown” — without the need to interfere with the engine software.

Device installation:
1. The device is installed by connecting four wires in the cabin and removing the fuse.
2. The device has an LED that indicates correct connection and operation.
3. The emulator does not require any programming, and the vehicle controller can be completely damaged or removed from the vehicle.

⚠ Important:
If the device detects damage or an error that prevents the problems from being resolved, the LED will light up red to indicate that the process has been interrupted. In this case, the errors have not been resolved.

 

The device emulates the operation of the entire system, including all its components, such as:

• system controller (ECU DENOX2);
• NOx sensor;
• temperature sensors;
• AdBlue pressure sensor;
• pressure difference sensor;
• pump signal;
• urea level signal;
• tank temperature signal

Supported engine types:

• All Volvo and Renault Euro 5 with engine displacement ranging from 9 to 16 dm3.

Compliance with emission standards:

• Euro 4, Euro 5, Euro 5 EEV.
