Payment Methods

Orders are paid for in Ukraine’s national currency — the hryvnia (UAH).

The following payment methods are available on our website:

• Online payment via LiqPay — payment by Visa or Mastercard via the secure LiqPay payment service.

• Bank transfer — payment using the seller’s bank details.

• Cash on delivery — payment for the order upon collection at a branch or by another available method as provided for in the terms and conditions of the carrier ‘Nova Poshta’. Additional fees for money transfers may be charged by the carrier in accordance with its current tariffs.

All prices on the website are quoted in hryvnias and are valid at the time of placing the order.

Delivery

Orders are delivered throughout Ukraine by the carrier ‘Nova Poshta’.

The buyer may select an available method of receiving the order when placing it.

Delivery costs are calculated in accordance with the current rates of the ‘Nova Poshta’ courier service and are payable by the buyer, unless otherwise stated on the website or agreed with the seller.

Once the order has been dispatched, the buyer will receive an express consignment note number to track the parcel.

Delivery times depend on the recipient’s location and the carrier’s operating conditions.
