We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Exchanges and returns are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
Returns and Exchanges
The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, unless otherwise provided for by Ukrainian law.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the goods must:
• show no signs of use;
• retain their marketable appearance and consumer properties;
• include all components, packaging, labels and other items received with the goods.
Goods which, under Ukrainian law, are not eligible for exchange or return may only be returned in cases provided for by current legislation.

Your request must include the order number, the buyer’s full name, the product name and the reason for the return or exchange.
Once we have received your request, we will inform you of the next steps for the return or exchange and provide the necessary information for returning the goods.
Return delivery costs
If the return or exchange is due to poor quality of the product, an error in the order or the dispatch of the wrong item, the seller will bear the delivery costs.
In all other cases, the costs associated with returning or exchanging the product shall be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed with the seller.
Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the seller will issue a refund to the buyer.
The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment, unless another method has been agreed with the buyer and it does not contravene the requirements of current legislation.
The refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods. The actual time taken for the funds to be credited may depend on the buyer’s bank or payment system.
